Most showroom items are from our sales floor. Once the item is put on hold, our associates will clear, clean, inspect and prepare the item to exit the store. Often times we do not have the original cardboard so bringing protection or moving blankets is a plus. If we have materials available we will try to protect the item for you the best we can. Please be aware of the weather on your scheduled pick up day.

• For Same Day pick up we are able to utilize the loading zone on Avenue D.
• For next day pick up we will do our best to reserve a front row spot for your pick up.
• Scheduling your pick up before or after store hours is an easy parking option.

Once an email inquiry has been answered and questions successfully answered, One Common will hold the showroom item for 3 days. For special circumstances or serious inquiries in you may be able purchase the showroom item via emailed invoice.

Absolutely,for serious inquiries only. Based on materials and availability we can certainly get you a quote for shipping within 72 hours. Items will be quoted via FedEx or UPS only. Please keep in mind that shipping large pieces can be very costly.

Once the quote is available, an invoice for the item and the shipping will be sent via email.

The order and shipping must be paid prior to shipping.

Please note that shipping and handling can take up to two weeks.

Shipped items are final sale and can not be returned.
