Bought a pair of jeans, that were completely misrepresented on the picture. The model is wearing a pair of bright blue jeans, as a result I received a pale blue pair. I attempted to return them without even fully unwrapping them, the color was completely different! The return was a hassle, it turned out that I had email them wait for response and then learn that I was on my own as far as shipping them back. I had to take them to the post office and pay to send them back. Absolutely ridiculous!
